02. PULL A SOFT CREDIT REPORT
This will not affect your credit score.
03. REQUEST SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION
We'll need bank statements, taxes, paystubs, and anything else you can provide to complete your profile.
This is your chance to show the seller you’re negotiating with that you are the best buyer for the property.
